Due to North Carolina State 4-H Office rules, all in-person meetings are prohibited at this time. We are looking forward to resuming our meetings as soon as we are allowed.
Horses for Hope now has a 4-H club! 4-H is open to all youth ages 5 – 18. In 4‑H, we believe in the power of young people. We see that every child has valuable strengths and real influence to improve the world around us. Kids complete hands-on projects in areas like health, science, agriculture, and citizenship, in a positive environment where they receive guidance from adult mentors and are encouraged to take on proactive leadership roles.
Horses for Hope 4-H is a great way to have fun while learning about horses. You do not need to own a horse or take riding lessons. It’s affordable too, dues are only $7/month. Everyone gets hands-on horse experience by working with the Horses for Hope miniature horses. Our 4-H club meets at Horses for Hope on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 PM. New members are welcome at any time.
