REMEMBER - Your monthly payment is due on or before the students first lesson of the month.
PLEASE NOTE – Horse assignments are subject to change! IF YOU ARE NOT on this list and are supposed to be, are on it and are not supposed to be or are on the wrong day/time please e-mail me ASAP so I can correct it. Please remember that if you can not make your scheduled lesson you need to send me an e-mail notification at least 24 hours in advance - SAME DAY NOTICES MUST be done via text or phone call. Although we usually have multiple opportunities for make-ups we can not guarantee spots for make-ups. You should make every attempt to make up your lesson as soon as possible - there is a 2 month limit to make up missed lessons. Riders can ride extra lessons for an additional fee - please notify us if you wish to ride an extra lesson. NO SHOWS will be charged a $10 fee. Also remember that we require a 30 day notice if students wish to stop taking lessons.
Students - Please arrive at least 20 minutes BEFORE your lesson time so you can help get your horse ready. If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions please feel free to e-mail them to me.

Students, you may be assigned a different horse from your usual horse due to various reasons. A common theory among the entire horse community is riding different horses makes students better riders. Students should be willing to try different horses. If the match is not conducive to learning or unsafe, the instructor will not assign the student to this horse again. Students may also be assigned to different horses if the instructor needs that specific horse to be ridden by a different student. One student may be less advanced and need the more beginner horse. If a student is doing a makeup, s/he may be less guaranteed to ride their usual horse. Preference of horse assignment is given to the students in the usual lesson. Lastly, our horses are not to go in three consecutive lessons. If students in two other classes need a horse due to their level of riding or other reasons thought by the instructor, that horse may not be available. Students do let your instructor know if you have a preference for a certain horse so the instructor can take this into account when assigning horses.
Please remember that payments are due at the time of your first lesson of the month. Please remember to write in the memo line of your check what month you are paying for so we can properly post your payments. PLEASE only use the envelopes if you are paying cash. Thanks!
Want to earn CREDIT TOWARDS LESSONS? Refer a friend, class mate, cousin – whoever – to take regular weekly lessons at HfH, once they commit to take lessons for 3 months, you will earn a $25 credit towards your lessons after their 3rd month of lessons!
***SPECIAL NOTICE TO THE STUDENTS*** Due to our insurance regulations you will no longer be able to bring any “friends” with you unless your friend is accompanied by their parent. Their parent must contact me and make an appointment for the visitation. Any child under the age of 18 that is not currently enrolled in our lessons or is not one of our current volunteers will not be allowed on the premises if they are not accompanied by their parent.
